A little recognition, a little fun, and plenty of sharing and learning.

I had a lovely time at the AIA Corporate Advisor Qualifier Recognition event. From the claw machine and photobooth to catching up with colleagues, there were plenty of enjoyable moments alongside conversations worth bringing back to work.

It was also an opportunity to exchange experiences in group insurance and learn how others approach conversations with corporate clients.

Learning from Different Experiences

During the event, we shared ideas about group insurance, discussed different cases and heard how fellow colleagues work with corporate clients.

It was valuable to learn about the approaches others have found helpful in their work. Hearing different perspectives also gave me a chance to reflect on how I communicate with clients.

Sometimes, a colleague’s experience or a different way of approaching a situation can offer a useful new insight.

Appreciating the Generosity of Others

There is always something we can learn from one another. I appreciate how openly my colleagues shared their experiences and ideas.

Being able to connect in a relaxed setting made those conversations feel natural and added to what I took away from the event.

Taking the Learning Forward

I am grateful for the recognition, the connections and another opportunity to keep learning.

There is still much to explore in business insurance. I hope to bring these insights into my everyday work, listening carefully and communicating clearly when discussing group insurance and employee benefits with corporate clients.

The event gave me happy memories and fresh motivation to continue growing in this field.
